The Team

Yuki Tsaroya


Yuki is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, as well as a managing partner for several IT and Telecom staffing companies. With his vision and twenty years of entrepreneurial experience he has changed the landscape of the staffing industry by investing and coaching industry leaders and managers on how to build a successful, repeatable and scalable business model. Yuki is a graduate of The College of Management and Academic Studies, Tel Aviv, Israel, where he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Accounting and Finance. Yuki is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Fatima Abbas

Sr VP - Recruiting & Business Relations

Fatima has over 15 years experience in the Telecommunications industry in the areas of Staffing, Recruitment, Sales, Account Management, and Operations. At Fusion Solutions, Fatima manages a large team of Technical Recruiters, Business Development Managers and Account Managers, supporting the requirements of our IT and Telecom clients. She is responsible for the full recruitment cycle of engineers performing design, development, integration, verification, testing, and deployment of hardware, software, networks, and solutions. Expertise includes placing talents in the capacity of Tower climbing, field commissioning and integration, site acquisition and structural A&E engineering, site development, construction management, implementation management, project and program management, RF Design, Tuning, Optimization, C-RAN / RAN Support, System integration cloud engineering support, 5G solutions including IOT and Telematics. At Fusion, Fatima is the go-to person for immigration-related placements, processes, and issues such as OPT / CPT / Asylum based work authorization, H1b, J1 / J2, L1 / L2, Green-card processing etc. Prior to her joining Fusion Solutions in 2006, she was employed at PDS Tech as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager supporting key accounts. She successfully placed engineers for vendors and operators at all levels, from a Junior Test Engineers to a Senior Solution Architects. Fatima is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a minor in International Business.

Ahmad Abbas


Ahmad has over 15 years of experience in accounting and business operations. He has spent most of his career developing business process enhancements in a variety of industries including Law, IT Consulting and Supplies & Logistics and Distribution. At Fusion Solutions, Ahmad has played an instrumental role in incorporating operational efficiencies throughout the organization. He is also responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance team. During his time at Fusion Solutions, Ahmad has been able to implement a number of automations that enhance the internal controls of the accounting system, while helping Fusion and associate subsidiary companies maintain compliance with SOX. Ahmad has his Bachelors degree in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Roy Ng

Operations and IT Manager

Roy has over 9 of years experience working for Fusion Solutions in areas of IT management and Operations support. Roy provides back-office support to Finance Managers, Technical Recruiters, Business Development Managers and Account Managers. He is responsible for: day to day Operations, ensuring all IT aspects of the organization are functioning properly and within industry standards as required by our publicly traded parent company’s auditors. Roy is the go-to person for anything dealing with IT related issues and backoffice operational duties. Prior to him joining Fusion Solutions in 2010, he was employed at InPro Solutions as an RF Engineer supporting AT&T fiber to the premise projects. He was part of the initial rollout of AT&T’s “Project Lightspeed” in Sacramento, CA, and subsequently, AT&T’s fiber planning and implementation project in Mineral Wells, TX. Roy is a graduate of the University of Texas where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Farhat Rizvi

Senior Accountant

Farhat has over 32 years experience in the Accounting Industry in the areas of Finance, Bookkeeping, Tax & Corporate Matters. Farhat provides and maintain all books of accounts, manages ACH, regular payments and deposits, audit payroll entries and does Financial Reporting for Magic Corporate on a quarterly basis. He is responsible for: Operations Support running payroll, providing support on account payables, maintaining all books of accounts, bank reconciliations, bank deposits and all bank related transactions and documentations. He also does the closing on a quarterly and annual basis. Farhat is the go-to person for day to day financial activities. Prior to his joining Fusion Solutions in 2017, he was employed at IB Stores,LLC, as an Account Manager supporting key accounts. Farhat is a graduate of Karachi University-Pakistan where he holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

Subin Panta

Staff Accountant

Subin has over 5 years of experience in the areas of bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and financial reporting. Subin maintains all books of accounts, manage ACH’s and wires, regular payments and deposits, audits payroll entries and financial reporting to HQ on quarterly basis. He is responsible for providing support running payroll, reconciling bank accounts, maintaining account payables and accounts receivable, and preparing quarterly financial statements. Subin is the go-to person for the day to day financial activities in the company. Prior to joining Fusion Solutions in 2018, he was employed at IB Stores LLC, as a staff accountant, where he maintained the company’s general ledger, and prepared monthly consolidated statements. In addition, he was responsible for supervising payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Subin is a graduate of the Liberty University where he holds a Master of Science in Accounting.

Nora Farrell

Benefits Administrator

Nora is the Benefits Administrator for all our staffing entities. She handles all employee benefit plans, as well as any matters relating to Workers Comp and FMLA. Nora started with the organization in 2010, working as an HR Generalist before specializing in Benefits.

Kris Bryan

Vice President - Human Resources

Kris Bryan is the Vice President - Human Resources for our Staffing entities. Kris has been in the HR field for 20+ years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position.

Shannon Ouellette

New Hire On-boarding Specialist

Shannon is a New Hire On-boarding Specialist and has been with the company since August 2014. She enjoys helping candidates to get them working. Shannon started with the sister company inSync before moving to work with Fusion Solutions and Allstates Consulting.

Beth Ann Howell

Director - Human Resources

Beth Ann is the Director - Human Resources for all of the staffing companies. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wilkes University. Beth Ann oversees the onboarding process, benefits and human resource issues for all employees. She has been with the company since 2014.
